Administrator to LOC – Peter Hutchinson BSc. FCOptom. is a retired optometrist and former Chairman of the Norfolk & Waveney LOC who graduated from University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology, qualifying in 1972. He worked in independent practices in UK and Jamaica, finally becoming a director of Wigram & Ware Ltd. in King’s Lynn and Dersingham.
