Foreign Body Removal Workshop & Glaucoma OSCES

A workshop has been organised to teach you the basic skills in the removal of foreign bodies. Each session lasts 1 hour and allows for tuition and practice. There will be 3 delegates per workshop to 1 tutor. The two tutors are experienced doctors working in eye casualty at the NNUH. WE hope to be able to run three, 1 hourly sessions in the course of the evening and would be most grateful for your cooperation in keeping to time.

Time: 6:00 PM onwards

There will be limited spaces available, so places will be prioritised for those registered to provide the CUES service, and spare places can be allocated to those that don’t. The ICB will pay for the former group, and there will be a £50 charge for others.

HOWEVER ALL DELEGATES will be required to provide a £50 deposit when booking, which will be returned to the CUES practitioners after attendance. Details for Bank Transfers are below.

Also: For those wanting to do the Glaucoma OSCES, please ensure that you book this via the WOPEC dashboard HERE ASAP. Because we don’t anticipate running any more Glaucoma OSCES for the foreseeable, this is probably going to be the last opportunity to do them locally.
